The second phase of the San Rafael Corporate Center (SRCC) will be comprised of two premium Class “A” office buildings and 1 parking structures for a total of ±159,000 sq ft. The buildings are being constructed to conform to LEED “Gold” Certification. LEED promotes a whole building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
